Six times World Champion and five times Olympian, Mark Foster is bringing his 1 day masterclass to Basildon Sporting Village on Monday 29th May.
This is a unique opportunity for club swimmers 9-17yrs to spend the day with Mark as well as Britain’s first ever female World Champion, Katy Sexton MBE plus a team of specialists (nutrition, strength & conditioning, sports scientists).
Cost is £99 per swimmer. Includes Mark’s ‘Be the Best You’ book plus a MFSA swim hat.
