The sections below contain details of our various open meets. Click on a meet to see the meet details, accepted entries, warmup times etc.

BPSC open meet entries are taken online. To enter, fill in the electronic form at the appropriate entry link provided for each gala. Clubs wishing to enter as a group can obtain and submit the SportSystems electronic entry file using the link provided.

For level 3 meets you will be notified straight away if your entry has been accepted. Acceptances for level 1 meets will be posted on this site approximately 2 days after entries close.

Note: Entry times do not get updated after you submit your entry. The time that is displayed when you enter your swimmer will be the time that they are entered at, even if they swim a ‘better’ time after that date.

Please note that these Meets are WITHDRAWAL events. There will be no signing on. To optimise smooth running of the gala swimmers are required to withdraw from events by the day before the meet by emailing the Promoter. If you fail to withdraw this may result in another swimmer not being able to compete. Details required in the email are: Full Name, SwimEngland Number, Session Number, Event Number, Stroke & Distance
