Congratulations to Basildon’s own Tom Baster who was announced as Swim England East Region Volunteer of the Year at the Annual Council Meeting on 14th September. These awards are given in recognition of the outstanding work our members put into their sports. They highlight the dedication and enthusiasm of those that are making a difference.
With his mutiple roles as an Administrator and an Official, Tom can certainly be said to have done that! Well done!
